In A Bit Of A Pickle...

Well then. Just been pickling onions.

Done three batches this time. One for my bro - a potent batch that one is. One for him and his beloved, as a kinda cheeky wedding gift - hopefully less potent. That was meant to be all there was but there were too many onions so I made a third batch which is going to Anne. I have no idea how that one will turn out as it was kinda a mix of the leftover pickling vinegar I'd mixed up for the other two batches.

Anyway, there is one problem with pickling onions.

In doing so, you also pickle the atmosphere in the entire house. This place stinks of vinegar.
